Receving FileCloud Storage not ready email alerts after FileCloud online production migration

Error or Log Message:

"FileCloud Storage not ready at xxx"

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

If the issue is seen right after migrating FileCloud trial site to production, trial site is not deleted during the process.

Resolution or Workaround:

Please contact FileCloud Support to delete the trial site.
