FileCloud share not showing "Allow anyone with Link"

When creating a share, if the sharing permissions like "Allow anyone with link" or "Allow anyone with link and a password"  options are greyed out, please check the "Share Mode" in the user's policy from the admin portal.

Log in to the FileCloud Admin portal >> Settings >> Policies >> Click on "Edit Policy" of the corresponding policy >> Under the "General" tab, check the "Share Mode".

If this is set to "Allow Private Shares Only", please put it to "Allow All Shares" and save the policy.
