FileCloud Server Using OCR Reaching 100% CPU

Original Question or Issue:

Installed a new dedicated FileCloud Server and as it is used more, we have reoccurring 100% load of CPU on this server.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Enable OCR on low-memory configuration.

Error or Log Message:

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

OCR enabled and not enough memory.

Resolution or Workaround:

• Disable OCR, if OCR is not needed
• Alternatively, you can increase the memory of the machine to account for the increased memory usage
