FileCloud portals not accessible

Original Question or Issue:

Our FileCloud is down and we tried locally from the server and not working.

Environment:

Steps to Reproduce:

Modify the backup agent configuration file.

Error or Log Message:

Internal server error 500

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Bad Syntax in the backup configuration file:

<Drive_Letter>:\xampp\htdocs\config\backupagentconfig.php

Resolution or Workaround:

Correcting the Syntax of that configuration file fixed the issue.
