FileCloud Online: Unexpected Empty ZIP Download When Downloading a Single File

Original Question or Issue:

Downloading a single file from FileCloud Online results in two downloads: the original file and an additional ZIP file. The ZIP file is empty and contains only a downloadzip text document.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Online
• Version - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to the FileCloud Online User Portal.
• Navigate to a folder containing files.
• Select a single file.
• Click Download.
• Observe the original file and an additional ZIP file being downloaded.

Error or Log Message:

• No error message displayed.
• An additional empty ZIP file is downloaded containing only a downloadzip text document.
