FileCloud HA setup down showing "Server is down"

FileCloud UI is showing "Server is down. Please contact your server administrator"

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 
• Platform - Windows, Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

Error or Log Message:

Server is down. Please contact your server administrator

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

There will be multiple reasons for this issue, one of the reasons will be connectivity issues between MongoDB HA cluster or time sync issues on web nodes

Resolution or Workaround:

Check the health status of MongoDB cluster or verify time sync is configured properly on web nodes and MongoDB nodes
