FileCloud Drive trouble retrieving file list
Original Question or Issue:
We have multiple sites connecting to our FileCloud server. For one of them, the FileCloud Drive agent is showing errors.
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Drive
- Version - 23.251
- Platform - Windows
Steps to Reproduce:
Network instability between the FileCloud agent and the server.
Error or Log Message:
Trouble retrieving file list. Please check network connection.
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
The ping command toward the FileCloud server times out.
Resolution or Workaround:
Check with your Network or ISP support.
