Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
The issue was not caused by FileCloud permissions or FileCloud Drive itself.
Investigation determined that FileCloud Drive was unable to properly access the users' FSLogix profile location, which affected the Drive cache used for existing files.
Resolution or Workaround:
Move the FileCloud Drive cache to a different location that is not impacted by the FSLogix profile access issue.
After relocating the cache directory, users were able to access previously migrated files normally.
