Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
The certificate presented by the Fortinet Identity Provider is not accepted by the FileCloud Drive embedded browser.
Possible causes include:
- Missing intermediate certificate in the certificate chain.
- Certificate issued by a private or untrusted CA.
- Incomplete certificate chain configured on the Fortinet Authenticator.
Resolution or Workaround:
Verify the complete certificate chain using:
openssl s_client -connect aerotitan.pandataservices.com:7443 -showcerts
If an intermediate certificate is missing, configure the Fortinet Authenticator to serve the complete certificate chain.
If an internal/private CA is used, ensure the required CA certificate is trusted on the affected Windows machines.
