Filecloud Desktop Audit entry not showing in the exported Audit csv file from Admin Portal

Original Question or Issue:

Our customer upgraded FileCloud to the newest version last Monday. After the upgrade, they cannot export the full audit log. They have set the Audit Log Level to Full.


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server,
  • Version - 23.251.1
  • Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set Audit log level to FULL

  2. Make sure there's a user using 'Filecloud Desktop' client app
  3. Export Audit from the Admin portal following the support docs below:
