Filecloud Desktop Audit entry not showing in the exported Audit csv file from Admin Portal
Original Question or Issue:
Our customer upgraded FileCloud to the newest version last Monday. After the upgrade, they cannot export the full audit log. They have set the Audit Log Level to Full.
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server,
- Version - 23.251.1
- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:

Set Audit log level to FULL
- Make sure there's a user using 'Filecloud Desktop' client app
