Users in the EU region reported that the FileCloud Admin Portal was inaccessible. The customer confirmed there were no known system changes made prior to the issue occurring.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Attempt to access the FileCloud Admin Portal from the EU environment.

  • Observe that the Admin Portal is inaccessible/unreachable.


Error or Log Message:

Admin Portal could not be accessed. No specific error logs were provided.

Cause:

The issue was caused by firewall settings within the customer environment blocking or restricting access to the FileCloud Admin Portal.


Resolution or Workaround:
