Original Question or Issue:
FileCloud Server upgrade is not processing and is showing a Mongo DB error
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - 23.253
- Platform - Windows
Steps to Reproduce:
Download the 23.253 FileCloud Server packages > click on cloudupdate.exe tool > it will throw error

Resolution or Workaround:
Try running/starting the update tool through the command prompt with admin privileges and with no mongodump thereby which it should successfully process as shown below
Navigate to the drive location where the FileCloud Server is installed.
> D:
> cd D:\Temp\cloudupdatetool
> cloudupdate.exe -noMongoDump
Make sure to install and configure JDK 17 accordingly. Start all services and verify the installation, check, and working of the FileCloud Server
