Fatal Error on Runtime alert after upgrade to 23.242

We recently performed an upgrade on our FileCloud installation, and since then, we have been encountering Fatal Error on Runtime alert.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 23.242
• Platform - Any

 - Added AD Connection caching to avoid unnecessary repeated connections to the AD server while processing the groups synchronization.
