Fall back procedure for the FileCloud upgrade

Original Question or Issue:

Is there any fall back procedure for the FileCloud upgrade?

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

Upgrade FileCloud using Windows update tool.

Error or Log Message:

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Quick fall back to previous version if Managed storage data and MongoDB databases are left intact and unchanged.

Resolution or Workaround:

• Stop all FileCloud services.
• Rename xampp directory to xampp_upgrade.
• Rename xampp_YYYYMMDD to xampp.
• Start all FileCloud services.
