Cause:
Resolution or Workaround:
The Automatic account approval setting controls this behavior.
To enable automatic approval for external users created via share invitations:
• Go to Admin Portal → Settings → Admin → Automatic account approval.
• Set the option to Automatically approve new accounts to External User.
With this configuration enabled, external accounts created through share invitations are approved and activated automatically, eliminating the need for manual account activation.
