External user can't login

Original Question or Issue:

The user is trying to login through an external network, but there is an issue.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Login to the FileCloud User Interface not working with an external account.

Error or Log Message:

Invalid Username or Password. Password is Case Sensitive.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

The end user was entering the wrong password.

Resolution or Workaround:

Resetting the password from the FileCloud Admin Portal fixed the issue.
