External file-sharing recipients receive the email but are redirected to the organization’s SSO login page when attempting to sign in or create an account, despite not being part of the SSO configuration.

Resolution or Workaround:
Most likely cause: the following setting is enabled.
Path:
Admin Portal → Settings → SSO → Show the IdP login screen
(Redirect user login to IdP login screen automatically)
When enabled, all users accessing the FileCloud site are automatically redirected to the SSO login page, including external users who are not part of the IdP environment.
To allow external users to create accounts and sign in using standard FileCloud authentication, disable this option.
After disabling:
• Internal users can still use SSO by manually selecting the SSO login option.
• External users should see the standard FileCloud login/account creation page instead of being redirected to Microsoft SSO.
