Cause:
File change email notifications are processed according to the configured File Change Email Frequency rather than being delivered immediately after each file activity.
Resolution or Workaround:
Navigate to:
Settings > Misc > Notifications
Verify the following settings:
- Enable File Change Notifications
- Enable Email File Change Notifications
- File Change Email Frequency
Notification delivery timing depends on the configured email frequency.
