Error saving file

Original Question or Issue:

All users are unable to upload any type of files, but download is working fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

Managed storage location full.

Error or Log Message:

Error saving file.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

No free space left on the storage bucket.

Resolution or Workaround:

Contact the Cloud administrator to increase the quota of the FileCloud bucket.

Notes:

No service restart is needed after increasing the storage space.
