EntraID SCIM provisioning error "UpdateForUnconnectedEntry"

Original Question or Issue:

EntraID is showing SCIM provisioning error "UpdateForUnconnectedEntry" when trying to provision users

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Windows, Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

Error or Log Message:

Error: "UpdateForUnconnectedEntry" in EntraID provisioning logs

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

EntraID is trying to update attribute values that are not needed for FileCloud. FileCloud only requires the ones or any additional attributes that send the username and email ID value.

Resolution or Workaround:

Delete other attributes from the provisioning section.
