Enable Forgot Password from User Portal Login page

How to enable 'Forgot Password' for users?

• Platform - Any

Resolution or Workaround:

• Open a browser and log in to the Admin Portal.

• From the left navigation pane, click Customization. 
• Select the General  tab, and then the Login sub-tab.         

Notes:

If you are an AD or LDAP user, the Forgot Password option is not functional for you. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your administrator.
