Resolution or Workaround:

Verify whether 2FA is enabled in the user policy. If disabled, enable the setting.

To confirm which policy is applied to an affected user, use the Admin Portal:

• Log in to the FileCloud Admin Portal.
• Go to Users.
• Locate the affected user and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
• In the User Details window, click Manage Policy.

The following information is displayed:

Selected Policy – policy explicitly assigned to the user, if any.
Effective Policy – policy currently enforced. Click Calculate to determine the effective policy, including any group-based policy assignments.

If no policy is explicitly assigned, the Global Default Policy applies unless overridden by a group policy. The Effective Policy calculation is the most reliable way to confirm which policy is in effect.
