Email notifications for specific actions, such as file downloads, new file shares, or new file uploads.

FileCloud automatically sends email notifications in the following cases:

• A file or folder is shared.
• Any of the following actions occur on an accessible file or folder:
  • A file or folder is uploaded
  • A file or folder is downloaded
  • A file or folder is shared
  • A file or folder is deleted
  • A file or folder is renamed
  • A file is updated
  • A file is previewed in the browser or a mobile app
  • A file or folder is locked

Administrators can configure notifications at the global level, and notification settings can be overridden at the user level.
