Download from Shared with Me

Original Question or Issue:

We shared a folder that contains many subfolders with an external account, but there is no way to bulk download these folders and files from the web browser.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 23.253
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Share a folder that contains many subfolders with an external account.

Error or Log Message:

No option to download everything at once.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

You cannot download multiple top level folders in Shared with Me.

Resolution or Workaround:

You can hover over individual folders and download them one at a time.

Notes:

Please note that external accounts have limited capabilities and cannot login using any desktop applications. Only web access is possible.
