Resolution or Workaround:

A single FileCloud account can be used across multiple devices as a standard and fully supported scenario. Separate accounts are not required for different endpoints, including office desktops, home desktops, laptops, tablets, or mobile phones.

By default, FileCloud does not enforce a limit on concurrent sessions, and no documented hard cap exists on the number of devices that can access a single account. Multi-device access is supported as part of normal operation.
