Disable My Files For Specific Users

Is there a way to disable the My Files section for specific users? Want to see where it can be disabled.

There are three types of user access. Using this doc link below, you can see what permissions are granted based off of the access level.

This particular use case needed 'Guest Access' to disable the 'My Files' section.
