Custom Website Logo Appears Distorted in Email Notifications

Original Question or Issue:

Custom Website Logo appears distorted or jarred in email notifications, such as New Account Invitation and Share Notification emails.

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Customization > Labels and Logos > Website Logo.
2. Upload a custom logo with dimensions smaller than the recommended resolution of 200 × 50 pixels.
3. Generate a Share Notification or New Account Invitation email.
4. Observe the logo rendering in the received email.

Error or Log Message:

The uploaded Website Logo has a resolution different from the recommended 200 × 50 pixels.

Resolution or Workaround:

1. Resize the custom Website Logo to 200 × 50 pixels.
2. Navigate to Customization > Labels and Logos > Website Logo.
3. Upload the resized logo.
4. Generate a new Share Notification or New Account Invitation email.
5. Verify that the logo displays correctly in the received email.
