CRON service configuration after upgrade

Original Question or Issue:

The CRON Task jobs are not completing after upgrading the FileCloud Windows server.

Environment:

Steps to Reproduce:

Upgrade the FileCloud server using the Cloud Update Tool.

Error or Log Message:

The Daily CRON job scheduled at midnight has not been completed.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Custom CRON configurations are not maintained upon upgrades.

Resolution or Workaround:

- Check the previous configuration from the xampp backup folder created by the Update Tool:

<Drive_Letter>:\xampp_YYYY-MM-DD\cron.ini

- Open the FileCloud Control Panel:

<Drive_Letter>:\xampp\cloudcp.exe

- Edit the CRON configuration and save it.

- Restart the CRON Task service from the FileCloud Control Panel.
