Change an existing FileCloud user's username

How to change an existing FileCloud user's username?

Environment:

• Product - Any
• Version - Any
• Platform - Any

Cause:

Resolution or Workaround:

This feature is not supported, and changing an existing FileCloud user's username is impossible. The user would have to be created from scratch, the My Files data be moved to the new user account, and the shares be recreated.
