Cannot preview password protected MS office files
Original Question or Issue:
I can't preview a password-protected Microsoft Office file in the FileCloud User Interface.
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - 23.253
- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
Using the FileCloud User Interface from a web browser to preview password-protected Microsoft Office files.
Error or Log Message:
The MS Office file can only be downloaded.
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
Preview configuration is using Document Converter.
Resolution or Workaround:
Configure Web Edit and use WOPI for document preview.
