Audit Log entry no longer showing in Audit tab in Admin Portal
Original Question or Issue:
We need to access Audit log entries in the last month but we cannot access any entries prior to September 16, 2025. This does not look like normal to us. Please advise what we can do to access.

Cause:
Audit Autoarchiving was enabled
Resolution or Workaround:

Confirm whether Auto Audit Archiving is enabled in your site.

Navigate to Admin Portal → Settings → Admin (Audit Settings)

Check the Auto Archive frequency (in days) setting.

This could be the reason why older audit entries are no longer visible in the active logs.

Review the archived audit records using the specified path.

Based on the screenshot, the archive path should be: C:\archives
