Apache admin password changed

Original Question or Issue:

After upgrading to v23.241.6.28143, getting the following error: System exception: cannot start service: Apache2.4

Environment:

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - 23.241
• Platform - Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

Error or Log Message:

System exception: cannot start service: Apache2.4

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

In the Windows Event Viewer logs we see - "The Apache 2.4 service was unable to log on as XXX\Administrator with the currently configured password due to the following error: The user name or password is incorrect"

Resolution or Workaround:

Need to update the password for Apache service account,

On Windows run:

Services > Apach2.4 > Log On.  In there, change the password and/or username
