All external accounts received notifications
Original Question or Issue:
Why do all users within the EXTERNALS group receive the file and folder activities email?
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - 23.253
- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
Sharing with EXTERNALS group.
Error or Log Message:
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
A full account using the EXTERNALS group for sharing.
Resolution or Workaround:
Please note that regardless of the user and assignment types, anyone with access to a share will receive file change notifications via email.
