Original Question or Issue:

OpenAI configuration at the local environment without a valid OpenAI subscription

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

 

Error or Log Message:

Failed to authenticate to AI provider

Defect or Enhancement Number:

 

Cause:

Not having a valid OpenAI Subscription

Resolution or Workaround:

A valid subscription to OpenAI is needed to use AI-based classification. FileCloud currently only supports OpenAI models, but research is in progress to extend the support for other models.
