AD user is not imported in FileCloud
Original Question or Issue:
I'm not able to import an AD user into FileCloud.
Environment:
- Product - FileCloud Server
- Version - Any
- Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
Configure Limit Group in AD integration.
Error or Log Message:
CLFC-03603 AD User not found in Limit Group
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
Expected behavior.
Resolution or Workaround:
Please note that this is the expected behavior: AD users must belong to that group to import into FileCloud. This is true as long as you're using the "Limit login to AD group" parameter.
Add the user to the Limit Group in Active Directory or do not use this feature.
