Steps to Reproduce:

 

Error or Log Message:

Defect or Enhancement Number:

 

Cause:

Windows System Variables might be missing or pointing incorrect PHP path

Resolution or Workaround:

Check Windows System Variables have "path" reference pointing to correct full path of xampp\php and OPENSSL_CONF pointed to xampp\php\extras\ssl\openssl.cnf and OPENSSL_MODULES pointed to C:\xampp\php\extras\ssl
