AD group import issue

Original Question or Issue:

Some AD users are not imported when importing an AD group in FileCloud.


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.252
  • Platform - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

Multi-domain AD integration with FileCloud.


Error or Log Message:

Some members of an AD group are not imported into FileCloud.


Defect or Enhancement Number:

 


Cause:

AD configuration.


Resolution or Workaround:

Set the mailNickname AD parameter to the same value as SamAccountName for those users.
