Active Downloads Counter Shows Downloads, but Download Report Is Empty

Original Question or Issue:

The Active Downloads counter in the FileCloud Admin Dashboard showed active downloads, but selecting the link to view the Download Report displayed no active download entries. The issue persisted across server restarts and in an incognito browser session.


Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.253
  • Platform - Windows, Linux

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to the FileCloud Admin Portal.
  • Navigate to the Dashboard.
  • Observe that the Active Downloads counter shows one or more active downloads.
  • Click the Active Downloads link to open the Download Report.
  • The Download Report displays no active download entries despite the counter indicating otherwise.

Cause:
