Account locked CLFC-00035

Original Question or Issue:

User cannot authenticate via web portal.  Same domain as other working users. 

Added specifically as an individual user but no change in behavior.

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any

Resolution or Workaround:

Verify whether the account is locked in Active Directory.

Additionally, double-check the username and password, or reset the password in Active Directory.
