504 Gateway Timeout

Original Question or Issue:

Error "504 Gateway Time-out" when generating FileCloud reports from Admin and User portals.

Error or Log Message:

"504 Gateway Time-out" on web browser.

Defect or Enhancement Number:

Cause:

Session timeout in Load balancer, in AWS the timeout is set to 60 seconds by default.

Resolution or Workaround:

Increase the timeout to a higher value from Amazon console.
