2FA reset option is missing

Original Question or Issue:

After updating to version 23.253, I can no longer reset the 2FA settings for users.
The yellow button in the user policy is no longer there.

Using FileCloud release 23.253.

Error or Log Message:

The Reset 2FA button is missing in the Admin Portal.

Resolution or Workaround:

Upgrade to FileCloud release 23.261.

Notes:

Please note that the issue has been identified as a bug and our Development Team fixed it in the FileCloud release 23.261.

The ETA is by the first week of April 2026. The release notes will list the fix as FCL-6445.
